FROZEN BANANA & STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen banana

1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt

1 cup unsweetened milk (nut, soy, animal)

MANGO LASSI

INGREDIENTS

2 ripe mangoes

1 1/2 cups of unsweetened yogurt

2-3 tablespoons of liquid honey

 

BANANA, DATE & NUT SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS 

2 frozen bananas

6-8 dried dates

1/2 cup of blanched almonds

1 pinch of ground cinnamon

2 cups of milk (cow's, almond, or soy)

 

BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS 

1 410g can of sliced peaches

1 weetbix

1/2 cup of frozen berries

1/2 cup natural unsweetened yoghurt

1/2 cup milk (cow's, almond, or soy)
