Warranty Return/Replacement

We are proud of the materials and workmanship that goes into each Klean Kanteen and back our products with a Strong-as-Steel Guarantee. Barring catastrophe, we expect your Klean Kanteen to give you many years of faithful service, and we want to know if it has somehow failed to deliver. We go to great lengths to create a truly superior product, but we also know that on occasion, things go awry.

Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents, are not covered under the Klean Kanteen warranty. Accessories made by other manufacturers, such as ChicoBag™ and Nite Ize™, are covered by the warranty of the original manufacturer. 

If you purchased your Kanteen (or accessory) from a retailer, it is often easier to return it to the retailer, avoiding shipping charges/impact. If you bought your Kanteen (or accessory) directly from us, we’ll replace the product for you or issue you a credit.

If you're not sure if the problem you're experiencing is a manufacturer defect or not, read our FAQs page to make sure you're caring for and cleaning your bottle correctly. If that doesn't answer your questions, email us at service@kleankanteen.co.nz 

If you still think you have a manufacturer defect, please fill out the Warranty Form here and send it back with the affected item/s. 

Please note: we highly recommend sending your warranty item to us via courier. In the case of NZ Post this means you will need to upgrade from their standard tracked post service to courier. If you do choose to send via post, please expect the processing of your warranty claim to take an additional 2 weeks.
